ESTEQ Engineering provides free access to a knowledge base for helping find solutions to technical support issues.
Product community pages include knowledge base, discussion forum, known issues, support contacts, product updates, hardware support, software integration, examples, and documentation information specific to your product.

The most effective way to contact our technical support department is by sending an e-mail to support@esteq.com. Please note: we can only respond to emails that are written in the English language. Correspondence sent in any other language cannot be answered at this time; however, we have a network of distributors, partners and resellers all over the world, many of whom also provide local language support in their territory.
In any email message, please supply the following information:
- What version of the software are you using?
- What is your basic hardware configuration (If relevant)? (e.g. Intel Pentium III 800 MHz, 128 MB RAM)
- What are the steps to reproduce the bug again? (Such as what was the system doing at the time of the problem...)
- Do any error messages appear? If yes, what exactly do they say?
If possible attach a screenshot of any error message to the e-mail.
Viewing PDF files
Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher is recommended for viewing PDF files. You can update your version from Adobe`s website.
Printing PDF files using Internet Explorer
If you are using the Acrobat Reader plug-in with Internet Explorer on Windows, you must print using the printer icon on the Acrobat Toolbar. This is the toolbar immediately above the PDF display. Using the "File"---"Print" selection on the menu bar, or the Internet Explorer`s printer icon, will not print the PDF file.
